I am a Clinical Psychologist with a strong passion for working with women, infants and families across all areas of transition, change and complexity. I have been working with families in various roles for the past 15 years. I currently work in a number of clinical settings and have the pleasure of being able to focus on assisting women to empower themselves to connect within. I provide a nurturing, warm and supportive environment tailoring my therapeutic appraoch to the individual I am working with.
My therapeutic work focuses on the stregnths within each individual, and generally utlises the following psychological interventions to assist this process:

- Cognitive Behavioural Therapy
- Acceptance and Commitment Therapy
- Mindfulness and Self Compassion
What To Expect
Book Appointment
You can contact us to schedule your first appointment, or use the booking link to find a date and time that works for you. You will need a valid Mental Heath Care Plan to access Medicare rebates, however you can access our service without a plan also.
Preparing For Your First Session
Once you have booked you will receive a Welcome Pack. If you are attending the clinic in Ballarat please allow yourself time to find parking and arrive 10mins early to complete necessary paperwork. The first session is primarily a chance for you to see if the “fit feels right” as this is a crucial element to effective therapy.
If you are attending via videoconference you will receive a link via email. It is a good idea to ensure your computer or phone are set with the software so that your session can commence on time.
Therapy Length
You can access 10 Medicare rebates per calendar year, however we will make a plan together in the first few sessions. Therapy length can vary, depending on the needs of the individual or family. Generally we work out a plan together in the first few sessions.
Fees & Rebates
Prices are current from Jan 1 2024.
Individual sessions are $220. Medicare rebate $137.05.
Medicare rebated psychological services via video conferencing (Telehealth)
To access medicare rebates for Telehealth in rural and remote Australia you need to follow these steps:
1. Obtain a Mental Health Care Plan from your GP or Psychiatrist.
2. Ensure you have appropriate equipment i.e smartphone, laptop, iPad, computer with a camer, microphone and speakers; and a reliable broadband internet connection.
3. Contact us to book an appointment or for assistance with this process.
